Since launching her real estate career in 2006, Cherryann Donigan has established herself as a top residential real estate professional, both as an investor and agent on the buy and sell side. Combining her prior corporate experience with expert negotiation skills, she’s successfully navigated through all types of housing markets to help her investors achieve double digit returns.
By placing her clients first, building and maintaining strong relationships, and developing a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, Cherryann is continually relied upon for her knowledge and expertise. Furthermore, her careful analysis of daily market updates, in-depth pricing knowledge, and unique understanding of the complicated buying and selling process have all been indispensable in a career dedicated to helping her clients realize their goals.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Cherryann later moved to the U.K., where she earned her B.S. in business administration. She now lives in The Woodlands, Texas with her husband, son, and granddaughter. Active in her community, she’s held several positions on her local chapter board of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she was voted 2010 Realtor of the Year. She is also past president of The Trinidad and Tobago Association of Texas.
When taking a break from her busy schedule, Cherryann enjoys traveling, dancing, reading and golf.
